CREATIVE HUBS IN TIMES OF COVID-19
Creative FLIP exchange output from Officine On/Off (Italy) and F O R (România)
Within the Creative Flip European exchange program, the creative hubs Officine On / Off (Parma, Italy) and F O R (Timișoara, Romania) organize an online event to present their final work report.
The report’s thematic objective is the exchange of good practices between collaborative workspaces through digital manufacturing, training, self-entrepreneurship and community engagement, for survival in a health crisis, followed by an economic one.
The comparison between a brand new hub – FOR physically opened its doors last October- and a consolidated one – Officine On/Off is running from 2013 – will be a key issue to tackle.
This is especially important taking into consideration the historical moment we are facing, a restart that will prove our adaptability: space and physical proximity can represent a limit and not anymore the main resource.
